The wonderful 4-star Canareef Resort Maldives Addu City is located around a 5-minute stroll from the Herathera and features guided tour service to help you get the most out of your trip. The smoke-free resort lies in the middle of Addu City and welcomes guests with a Jacuzzi and a foot bath.
Surrounded by a lagoon, this Addu City hotel is 4.6 km from Ismehela Hera. The Canareef is nearly a 10-minute ride from the Meedhoo in Addu City.
The air-conditioned rooms comprise an adjoining terrace and a balcony, and offer a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and Wi-Fi along with a minibar fridge. The unique decor creates a lovely atmosphere. Providing a bidet, a separate toilet, and a shower, the bathrooms are also appointed with hairdryers and bath sheets. The rooms also face the ocean.
Canareef Resort Maldives offers homemade breakfast in the restaurant. Kilhi restaurant looks out onto the ocean and specialises in international cuisine. Featuring a lounge, the lounge bar creates a warm atmosphere to have refreshing drinks.

During my recent visit to Canareef, I found the peaceful atmosphere and natural beauty striking, a welcome contrast to the bustling distractions of everyday life back in Auckland. Our stay in a spacious Sunset villa, conveniently upgraded due to unforeseen flooding, allowed easy access to the serene beach for a refreshing afternoon dip. The resort's extensive grounds invite exploration, whether on foot, by bicycle, or via quick electric buggies. I particularly enjoyed the availability of complimentary bikes, which made traversing the island's nature trails a delightful experience. The wellness centre was a highlight; I indulged in a rejuvenating spa treatment that was both calming and restorative. Dinner options at the buffet proved varied, even for our vegetarian preferences. Staff members consistently offered professional service, including assistance with a key internet issue during a business meeting. Canareef presents a balanced blend of relaxation and recreational activities, making it a noteworthy retreat for those seeking tranquility.
